- GENDER EQUALITY FOUNDATION, Incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius, a Charitable Institution set up in line with the Foundation Act 2012. The principal object of the Foundation is to promote gender equality. Men shall be a strong partner in achieving the goal of gender equality. The Foundation's responsibilities and objects include: - Re-visiting patriarchal masculinities and norms and enlisting "men as allies" for effective gender equality. Engaging the active participation of boys and men in the gender equality discourse and ensuring behavioural change for gender equality. Harnessing the potential of the youth as catalyst for gender equality. Breaking the gender equality bias and become a Gender Equality Champion.
