A series of interactive meetings were held in December 2017 at Batimarais community centre with members of NGOs , Associations and clubs by officials of the ministry for Gender Equality, Child Development and Family Welfare and representatives of APD.

community involvement will be a key component of success

It was agreed that a community based programme on men as caring partners and indoor/outdoor games be implemented during the first semester of 2018.
